专利说明:

The invention relates to a connection profile for plaster adjacent components, for example, for window or door frames, with a base profile which is fastened with a support foot on the component and having a retaining web, wherein the base profile in the mounting situation one of the support web of the base profile, the support foot and part formed by the adjacent component limited, substantially U-shaped receiving space for an expanding sealing element.
In order to join a façade without cracks to frame parts of windows and doors, elastically resilient foams or expanding sealing elements are also used, which are installed in a sealed state in a sealing joint, wherein after installation by severing a cover or by loosening a seam or welding the foam for recovery is released. In this connection, EP 0 530 653 A1 discloses a sealing strip for adhering to a frame part, in which the foam strip in the compressed state is arranged closed in a substantially U-shaped channel of the sealing strip. The channel is closed in the direction of the mounting part by a shape-stable cover strip, which is held at the edge in a releasable form-fitting engagement connection to the end region of the channel walls. The dimensionally stable masking strip can be removed with the aid of an interlocking film after installation of the sealing strip so that the sealing strip is released and unfolds between the base of the sealing strip and the dimensionally stable cover strip connected to the insert by an adhesive strip. The disadvantage of the relatively complicated structure and the component side not unproblematic handling.
From EP 2 116 683 A2, for example, a connection profile with a base profile is known, which is glued with its foot on a window or door frame.
The base profile has a receiving space for an expanding sealing band, wherein the receiving space is bounded by a holding web and at least partially directly from the component. The retaining web has a groove-shaped receptacle, which serves to receive an outer profile. Thereafter, as a second step, an expanding sealing tape is used locally (on site), which is unwound from a sealing tape roll and cut to the required length. After its time-delayed deployment, the sealing element is sealingly abutting the component and the retaining web of the base profile. An additional anchoring of the sealing strip is effected by a holding edge or a shoulder, which is formed on the receptacle for the outer profile. Finally, in a third step, the outer profile is inserted into the groove-shaped receptacle, the cleaning strip largely covering the expanding sealing strip on the visible side. Disadvantages are the on-site (on-site) to be performed work steps.
The object of the invention is to propose a connection profile with which, even with the use of an insulating layer on the one hand, a permanent seal between the facade and the adjacent components can be achieved and on the other hand relative movements between plaster and component can be compensated to a sufficient extent. Furthermore, the connection profile should be easy to install and easy to assemble.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the receiving space for the sealing element has a passive area bounded in the direction of the component by the holding foot, in which the sealing element is compressed, and a component-limited active area in which the sealing element can be displaced after completion of the plastering work.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the edge of a film or thin plastic bottle is attached to the expanding sealing element, preferably glued or glued, whose free end is tangible for moving the sealing element from the passive area in the active area. In the passive area, the compressed sealing element is already present during manufacture, storage and processing, and after completion of all plastering work can be easily pulled by hand with the aid of the glued foil into the active area of the receiving space. In the active area, the sealing element rests directly against the component and can compensate for or bridge gaps created by relative movements between the component and the facade.
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to drawings. Show it:
1 shows an inventive connection profile for plaster adjacent components in a three-dimensional representation in the installation situation. such as
Fig. 2 shows the connection profile of FIG. 1 after completion of the plastering mitaktiviertem sealing element.
The connection profile 1 shown in Figures 1 and 2 serves as plaster connection strip and is glued, for example, on window or door frames, wherein under the applied plaster layer, an insulating layer can be arranged. The connection profile 1 has a base profile 2, which is fastened to a holding foot 3am on the component 10, the attachment preferably taking place by means of a mounting or sealing strip 15, which is provided between the component surface and the retaining foot 3. The base profile 2 has a retaining web 4, wherein after the bonding of the base profile 2 to the component 10, a substantially U-shaped receiving space 5 is formed which is delimited by the retaining web 4, the retaining foot 3 and partly by the adjacent component 10.
In the installation situation illustrated in FIG. 1, the compressed sealing element 6 is initially located in a passive area P, which is bounded in the direction of component 10 by the holding foot 3 and can be pulled into a confining active area A of the receiving space 5 after completion of the plastering work, thus activating the expanding sealing element 6 and compensate for component movement occurring between the facade and the component 10.
For moving the expanding sealing element 6 from the passive area P into the active area A, a film 7 is attached, preferably glued or glued, to the expanding sealing element 6, the free end 8 of which can be grasped by hand. The expanding sealing element 6 can now be inserted into the surface by means of the film 7 AktivbereichA are drawn, whereby the expanding sealing element 6 is activated.
At the holding web 4 of the base profile 2, a plaster removal strip 9 is arranged with at least one plaster removal edge 11 which projects in the direction of the component 10 and at the same time serves as an inner stop for the expanding in the active area A, expanding sealing element 6. After the stop on the plaster removal strip 9 is reached, the film can be separated from the sealing element 6 by a further pulling movement, after which the situation illustrated in FIG. 2 is reached (for better clarity, the insulating materials and plaster layers have been omitted).
As can be seen in FIG. 1, a gap 12 is formed between the plaster removal strip 9 and the component 10, which gap is penetrated by the film 7 for displacing the sealing element 6.
In order to be able to displace the expanding sealing element 6 from the passive region P into the active region A with reduced expenditure of force, this coating has a coating which reduces the sliding resistance, at least on the surfaces resting against the retaining web 4 and the retaining base 3. This coating may, for example, be a silicone coating * a paper layer or a plastic layer.
The connection profile 1 has on the holding web 4 a vertically projecting Einputzsteg13, to which preferably a reinforcing grid 14 is attached. The attachment of the reinforcing grid 14 takes place, for example, by means of an extruded plastic strip 18.
The plaster strip 9 has in a known manner a detachable protective leg 16 for the plaster work, which can preferably be attached via a predetermined breaking point 17 on the plaster strip 9 or on the plaster removal edge 11.
The film or the thin plastic bottle 7 for displacing the expanding sealing element 6 can be attached to the protective leg 16 and be separated therewith after the end of the plastering work.
